ARMCO® Railguard™ is a flexible vehicular safety guardrail system designed to absorb and redirect impact forces by flexing and deflecting the errant vehicle back onto the road. It is tested to MASH Test Level 3, complies with AS/NZS ISO 9000.2, and is hot-dip galvanised to AS/NZS 4680 for long-term corrosion resistance. These credentials make it a recognised product for use on Australian public roads.
ARMCO® Railguard™ is specifically designed for installation on curved alignments. The flexible steel rail sections can be bent to follow horizontal curves without compromising the structural integrity of the barrier. This makes it suitable for tight bends, roundabout approaches, and any non-linear road geometry where a guardrail is required.
We install ARMCO® Railguard™ using steel posts driven or concreted into the ground at the specified spacing. The corrugated rail sections are bolted to the posts using block outs where needed to achieve the correct working height, and end terminals are fitted at each exposed barrier end. All installation is carried out under our Quality Assurance System, which operates in accordance with AS/NZS ISO 9000.2.
ARMCO® Railguard™ is a specific product with tested MASH TL-3 credentials and a quality-controlled manufacturing and galvanising process. While it shares the corrugated steel form of systems like W-Beam, it is a distinct product with its own test data and installation specifications. We work closely with you to decide which system is most appropriate for your project based on speed environment, site geometry, and authority requirements.

For private property applications such as car parks, driveways, loading areas, and industrial yards, we assess the required containment level and recommend the most appropriate product and configuration for your project.
